If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase from Cuero Loco, to exchange contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a replacement or merchandise exchange. All items must be returned in a NEW condition with original tags attached. Worn or used items cannot be exchanged. The return authorization will be sent to you via email.
Shipping Information
Cuero Loco ships via FedEx, and USPS, unless other arrangements have been made or noted otherwise. Website prices do not include shipping charges, unless otherwise noted on the product description. The shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Most items are kept on stock and are shipped within 1-2 working days. If an item is in back-order, we will notify you by email and will provide you with options.
If a package arrives damaged, please note it on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. If a package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and call us immediately at 956 693 1935
Free shipping is available only in the Continental U.S. and the merchandise is sent to you by USPS. This service does not ship the merchandise insured. If you require for the merchandise to ship insured, please contact us to arrange.
